Casting Kilns
Our line of casting kilns are specifically designed around the needs of the casting artist. Each comes mounted on a welded tubular steel stand. Equipped with a Bartlett RTC-1000 digital controller with 6 programs and 32 segments per program and our automatic venting system. Top and side firing. Side elements on infinite control switches as needed.
Choose one of our standard sizes or have us custom design one for your studio.
Kilns are available in foreign voltages, please specify requirements when ordering.
KL-TC
The KL-TC Top Cast kiln is the typical casting oven. Equipped with top and side elements, The lid opening system utilizes gas springs to facilitate opening the lid. Comes equipped with the automatic venting system. Comes mounted on a welded steel stand with adjustable leveling feet and the Bartlett RTC-1000 controller.

KL-CSC
The Clam Shell Casting kiln eliminates the need for bending over into the kiln to load and unload. The top load feature was introduced to facilitate loading more glass into your mold reservoir or for hot pour casting. Latch the top and it open as a clam shell. Equipped with top and side elements, gas spring assist on both opening systems and an automatic venting system. Comes mounted on a welded steel stand with adjustable leveling feet and the Bartlett RTC-1000 controller.

Equipped with top and side elements, gas spring assist on the lid, heavy duty hinges, door latches and an automatic venting system. The Bell Casting kiln was developed for the artist with the need for a better way to load and unload larger projects in a more ergonomic way. The top load feature was added to facilitate loading more glass into your mold / reservoir. Top opening lid is assisted with gas springs. Comes complete with overhead crane and frame sections, one roll out table with rail / docking bay system. NEW! Bartlett Genesis Touch Screen Controller
|
Denver Glass Machinery now offers the Bartlett Genesis LT3140 touch screen controller on its kilns and furnaces. Wi-Fi enabled it allows the user to monitor kilns and furnaces from a network connected computer. Store up to 30 programs with 32 segments per program. Ability to make adjustment during a firing such as add segments, add temperature, add hold time and skip segments. Monitor your Bartlett Genesis controller with their new Kiln Aid Phone app. The multiple features of the Genesis controller makes it the next generation of kiln controllers with its modern and intuitive user platform.

Casters
|
The set consists of 2 locking and 2 rolling casters. Easy to install. Just remove the leveling feet in the stand and screw in the casters.

Peep Hole
|
The lensed peep hole measures 1 1/2" in diameter and can be mounted on the front or on the end of your kiln.

Window
|
The new 4" square viewing window can be mounted on the front or on the end of your kiln. The window allows for a good view of what's happening with your project.
